We are a boutique law firm in Hong Kong focusing on Corporate & Commercial and Private Client engagements for our clients.

Members of our senior team have spent all or a substantial part of their careers in Magic Circle or international law firms.  Based on our collective experience, we provide our clients with “big firm” experience in our chosen areas of practice.

We came together to focus on Corporate & Commercial and Private Client engagements because of the demand for sophisticated advice in these areas, but in an intimate setting.

We advise entrepreneurs and start ups, as well as established businesses, private equity funds and listed companies.  We also advise Family Offices, Trusts, UHNW individuals and their families.
