Seung Chong coordinates our team. Seung was admitted in Hong Kong in 1994 and in England & Wales in 1993. Prior to founding the firm, he had been a partner at international law firms. Seung began his legal career in the City of London before moving to Hong Kong in 1993 and he has also spent four years in Beijing. He is widely regarded as a leading Corporate lawyer and has been highly ranked by Chambers Asia (Band 2: top 20 of 70 ranked lawyers). He has been described in Chambers Asia as “technically excellent” and “objective, practical and straightforward”. He is the author of “The Law and Practice of Mergers & Acquisitions in the People’s Republic of China” published by the Oxford University Press. Seung was educated at Harrow and read law at Buckingham University and King’s College, London.
